High Local Bandwidth when viewing Bandwidth usage - no local media playing

I’ve been seeing this behavior in Edge, Plex for Desktop (Windows) and in Dash. Nothing is playing locally but when I go to view the bandwidth usage the Local bandwidth starts to spike quite high.

I’ve also been noticing Dash now will not display the graphs page (goes blank before graphs are show). Plex for Desktop will display graphs for awhile but then the page goes blank and the app freezes.

Okay, I restarted the Plex server app. It appears to have straighten things out. Very strange.
