A few recommendations creating a new topic: There is no such thing as a plex support, not a phone number to call and so on. You got a forum, with all kinds of people trying to help. Blaming them for everything won’t get you a helpful response
Also: We see you are a Plex Pass owner (you have that little arrow on your profile photo, I don’t), no need to mention that in your topic. No one promised you that you would get better support in the forums when purchasing a Plex Pass, and Caps Lock doesn’t make this any better.
I’d suggest taking a deep breath, thinking about good and bad social interactions, then creating a new topic with a more moderate language and hope for the best
