Hi guys,

Im in Australia and plex isnt working on my hisense 1005lf? The error i get is plex server is offline or unavailable. The player version is 3.13.14 and theres no way to update this. Ive tried contacting hisense but theyve told me to speak to plex support.

Any ideas?
