Plex Player on Hisense TV (Offline or Unavailable)

I can not connect the TV to the server at all anymore. I link the TV to server, enter code and it says its connecting but them goes to the dreaded Offline or Unavailable screen. I cleared the cache AND deleted all cookies on the TV and still no luck !!!

I really don’t know what else to do !! Please help !!!

you may need to go into settings and allow insecure connections.
