Hi, since yesterday the plex only show a black screen in the tv. As far i can remember i dont update the server since few days ago and yesterday i was watching some movie without problems. for sure i dont touch nothing in the server but now its imposible to watch nothing, even relogin. I only can watch the logo and after that, black screen. Searching in internet some people update the app in the tv, but in my case, i cant uninstall or update from the app menu.
And, another problem (little one), since few weeks ago, when im surfing in the menus movies/series, sometimes the app randomly close.

I have tried from the “troubleshoot” tab, optimize the database and clean metadata, but nothing has changed, and I downloaded the logs but they are a zip (144 txt), I dont know if any of the internal documents can be used to see the cause of the problem.

We think there may have been a bad cache with deploy and deployed the update again. Can you try again.

I have the same problem on a Samsung TV.

Only thing that helps is a delete and reinstall on the TV. Unfortunately this repeats every day. I get a black screen during launch and I need to reinstall and link again.
