Plex on Vidaa (Hisense) not working

Been having the issue for a few days now. Gets passed the Plex splash screen and the hangs at a grey screen and gets no further.

Saw that Samsung had the same issue and it started at the same time. But appears still broken for me

Any suggestions?

Hi, I have the same exact problem on Hisense Vidaa Plex app. Yesterday it was working without any issues.

Another one here, since 2 days ago, blackscreen in my Hisense 43AE7000F

Hi, there seems to be a cache issue, just like a few weeks ago (Hisense 43AE7000F black screen)

Clearing the cache (https://hisense.tmtx.co.uk/en/topic/tv_u8b/how_to_clear_cache_and_cookies.html#step=1) fixed the issue for me.
