I really cant figure out how to fix this and there is no contact with plex, Has anyone had this problem and know how to fix it.
That looks like an Android TV. Are you running the Plex app on it?
Are you also running a Plex Media Server on your network? On a computer, or on a NAS?
Please try to share some more information about what you’re doing, how things are connected, what steps you have taken, etc.
