Server is currently unavailable on one device but not another

Hello,
Noob here.
I got the Plex Media Server installed and set up on my laptop yesterday. I have an AndroidTV which has Plex (I downloaded it for the first time yesterday). When I log in to Plex there and click on my Media Server, I get the message “(Server Name) is Currently Unavailable” and to verify that the server is running and has a network connection.
My home internet set up is very simple. I have one modem to which all the devices are connected. I have never made any changes to the modem (I don’t know how) and have been using it the way it was set up by the installation guys from my ISP.
I downloaded the Plex app on my phone, logged in, and was able to access my Media Library. So it’s not like my Media Server is not “running” or does not have a “network connection”. Just not able to communicate with my AndroidTV.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
Thanks!

Did you update the Plex app on the Shield? The one that comes built in is an older version and might have issues seeing newer version of PMS.

Thank you for the reply.
I had to look up what Shield was. I don’t have Shield. I have a Sony Bravia TV which has in-built AndroidTV. I just went to the play store on my TV, downloaded and installed Plex. I am assuming it is the latest version given I just downloaded it yesterday.
Is there some update that I should be doing?
Thanks!

Oh sorry. I saw Android TV and for some reason thought it was the NVidia Shield. Ok, go ahead and sign out and back in then get me the log from the app. Android, Android TV, Fire TV Logs | Plex Support
