Hisense - how do I set preferred server

I use Plex on a few different devices, I also have friends sharing their server with me.

On all players other than the Hisense there is an option for preferred server and it always comes up on that server when I turn it on. I cannot find this option on the Hisense, and annoyingly it seems to come up on the wrong one every time, it picks a remote server over the local server.

It is picking the first one in an alphabetical list, although that could be coincidental.

Is there an option for preferred server in the Hisense player?

I understand this is a simple question, but seriously Plex, if the forums are your only way of getting customer support waiting 2 weeks for an answer on a simple customer inquiry is just terrible customer service and quite frankly not good enough.
