Why can my sister’s Mac running “Plex for Mac” only see my server’s info in her dashboard and not her own servers info (recently added etc etc)?
I have “restored hoe screen” and yet it still only gives the options to see my items.
Her server’s libraries are pinned to the sidebar though.

Sounds like she’s configured your server as her preferred/main server (probably from when you helped her with the initial setup).
You should be able to add other hubs from each library’s Recommended page to the home screen from those libraries’ Recommended pages (hover over the hub title and click the + to add it to the home screen).
thanks. Can I make her server the preferred one? I don’t mind uninstalling/reinstalling the app if it’s the only way to do this.
…I need this to get the correct “on deck”. I have had a look at the .ini file in /Application Suppport/Plex and I can see it is there. Deleting that file and restarting Plex (for Mac) made no difference though.
Settings > Client / Plex Web > General > Reset Customization (advanced setting)

This is in the “Plex for Web” app? …I cannot see a “client / Plex Web” in the sidebar under “settings”.
