Trust all is well. I am having problems to link my Hisense Smart TV to my Plex Media Server. Once you enter the code to be able to link I keep on getting Diagnostic - Midrad . How do I get pass this
Can you check the version number of the Plex app? Sounds like you might be running the older, no longer supported version. See Plex support is ending 2020-09-30 on older smart TV devices for some info.
