Anyone using the plex app on a Hisense vision smart TV? The app installs fine and seems to connect to my plex server and play movies no problem, however I’m not getting any sound

There isn’t plex in the appstore.
Same here on new Polaroid tv
No one seems to know anything abt this? I have opera store on polaroid smart tv but Plex isn’t there have opera dev account but don’t know if I can use that to “sideload” Plex please help!
