I recently bought hisense 65u8qf, and renewed my subscription to plex to enjoy some hdr and 4k content but Plex is no where to be found on my tv.i contacted manufacturer still no answer but i guess its already available for my device as the store display unit had plex app,
My TV runs Vidaa U4

Update 1 :
I was able to kinda side load it on my tv
Step 1 : Open TV web browser.
Step 2 : type on address bar hisense://debug
Step 3 : type app name Plex.
“Ignore the rest of stuff.”
Step 4 : type in app url plex.tv/web/tv/opera
Step 5 : Install (Dont change the resolution on the bottom corner keep it 720)
Reboot your TV
You will see the app on my apps with blank logo with the Name Plex on it. Launch and link it to your server
This was tested on Hisense 65U8QF TV Running Vidaa U4
Plex on Hisense TVs is only for US and EU versions
This is unoffical way of adding a web app to the OS
Note : this is not optimized version of Plex , but it was made for Vidaa, i wish the devs update the web app it will be great for those who cannot get official access to the app.
I made this post update specifically for the people who cannot get access to the app on the tv they bought.
Proof :
FYI, Plex is working with Hisense to make the Plex app available in other locations.
Hisense has to change some things on their end before this can happen.
