Home Managed Account, skip ads broken

My ‘Plex Home’ managed account users can no longer skip ads, intros or credits. Automatically nor manual work. No on screen pop-up to ‘skip’ ever appears.

The ‘skip’ feature works fine when switching to my user account (lifetime pass) on any playback device. These are not remote or separate users. They are home users on the same local network.

This feature used to work fine. My family members have just been living with the issue for a little while and didn’t let me know right when it happened. So I’m not sure if this changed with a server or player update or not. However there was an update to Plex sever on my Synology NAS recently (via Synology App Store). Maybe I need to roll back the update?

Any chance this is a bug that will be fixed soon?

Also experiencing this behavior across all player devices. At the very least, someone from Plex needs to acknowledge the change in behavior, and advise whether or not this is intentional. I would like to make an informed decision as to how I will move forward, and I need to know that basic information.
