Home users limited before reaching 15

Hi

I can’t find a solution for a problem… A friend of mine was added to my Server as a home user. All of a sudden, his account is not accessible anymore from his side and it’s also gone from my home users. I don’t know how this happened, but now if i want to add him again with his old or a new email adress, plex tells me that i have reached the 15 home users limit. In fact, there are only 14 including my own admin user right now. It looks like his account is still stuck in there somewhere but invisible and i cant delete it. So i’m limited to 14 instead of 15 users right now, which is not what i paid for :wink: Nevermind, i really hope that someone can help me with this. Thanks alot!

Did you activate the guest account? That also counts. If you can PM me the screenshot of your users, I can have someone check if there is 1 that isn’t showing.

The 15 users include you as the administrator as well.
