Because of a mistake I had to delete a home user and re-add it.
However, once deleted I do not have the option to add any home users (says a Plex Pass is required) but I’m only having 3 users + the admin.
I only have the option to add managed users.
Is this limit correct or is there a bug? I can’t seem to find any reference other than a 15 home user limit here
Could you please try to explain what type of users I do have then?
Because I can clearly see “managed user” when I create one, whilst all users in the Home do not have this reference under them. Additionally, all of the users above can access the home with their email (except for the managed user).
Here is how the users appear in my iPhone app when adding a managed user:
Maybe you added these users to your home while you had a Plex Pass – even if it was just a trial for a month or so.
If the Plex Pass lapses, these users are not removed.
