Hello All,
I am new to Plex and just tried watching home movies on my Windows PC, they have audio but no video. I also tried watching them on Plex App thru TIVO and had video but no Audio, everything else works, movies, music, pics, etc…
Anyone have any suggestions?

Also please note which Plex client you are using. There are at least 4 available on Windows:
- the server manager ‘Plex Web’
- the Windows App store Plex app
- Plex HomeTheater
- Plex Media Player
