Playing “Live TV (On Plex)” there is no audio on any show I tried. Audio works fine for all local media (MP3, MP4), “Music (On Tidal)”, “Movies & Shows (On Plex)”.
NOTE1: The Plex Web player 4.75.0 does not exhibit this issue; the audio is fine with streaming TV.
NOTE2: This is brand new server just recently built Windows 10 Pro 21H2 (19044.15236)
What happens is, after clicking on a show in the guide, I get the video and it starts almost immediately but there is no audio. But after a while of sitting there testing, trying to figure out the audio issue, the video will freeze and then I start getting audio playing but the video remains frozen.
FYI: I downloaded the “Plex HTPC” for Windows and tried it, also. I have the same results there.
