I have a HomePod where I use my voice to request music from some App (Apple Music, Pandora) but when I ask the HomePod “Play some Radiohead with PlexAmp” - HomePod says the app does not have this capability yet.
Note: it does work on my iPhone when I ask the same thing so I imagine its a small thing.
I have Plex Media Server installed on my Pi 4 and all my musics are stored here. I listen my music on my HomePod Mini with Plex but I can’t choose Plex has default media app on my Home Settings.
What we need is to be able to add PlexAmp to the Connected Media section of the Apple Home app. This would allow all HomePods to interact with and play content from PlexAmp. Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, etc all have this capability.
