Hi, I have House TV show but in season 6 they are 22 episode but plex is only showing 21 episodes
Why its not showing all of the episodes.
The reason you are getting 21 episodes instead of 22 is because your metadata is coming from TheTVDB, House - Aired Order - Season 6 - TheTVDB.com.
You are probably looking at TheMovieDB, House: Season 6 (2009) — The Movie Database (TMDB), which has Broken as 2 episodes instead of a combined 1 episode as TheTVDB has it.
If you are using the new scanner/agent, you can change the ordering to use TheMovieDB (which is the default if you didn’t change it). To do that, you’ll want to go to the top level for House (where you’ll see all the seasons) then click on the edit button (which is the pen icon) and then click on advanced at the bottom of the left panel. Next on the right side, click the drop down next to Episode Ordering and then select The Movie Database (Aired) then click save. After that, refresh the metadata for the show and you should be good.
If you are still on the legacy scanner/agent, I think you would have to change to TheMovieDB from the library level which could impact all shows.

When I change the agent from Plex to The TVDB then plex shows me error message saying that I need to upgrade my agent to plex.
You are changing the wrong thing, you shouldn’t be changing the agent.
You are changing the episode ordering specifically for that one show.
Put the agent back to Plex TV Series and then go to the overview page for House.
From that page, click on the edit icon (pen).
In the edit modal, click on Advanced at the bottom of the left panel and then change the drop down for Episode ordering from Library default (which is probably what it’s set to) to “The Movie Database (Aired)” (second screenshot).
After you do that, click save and the metadata might refresh but if it doesn’t do a metadata refresh on the series and your problem should be fixed.

Based on that you are still on the old agent or you didn’t refresh your metadata after updating to the new agent.
Hover over the library name in the left menu, click the 3 vertical dots, go to Manage Library and then click on “Edit…”
Go to Advanced and show a screenshot of that which will show what your scanner and agent is set to.

After changing it to the thbd dvd order it worked. Thank you for your help
