Hover to rate on List View is not working

About 3 months ago, I found out I cannot rate directly on List View. I thought It would be a bug to be fixed soon, but it seems like nobody complain about that.

Current Behavior: Click rating in List View will jump to detail.
Expected Behavior: In List View, Plex allows me to rate without entering detail.
