How can I found out why Plex only adds one episode of the full series?

  • Follow Plex naming recommendations.
  • After renaming, Plex Dance the series to clear previous incorrect matching info from the Plex database.
  • Consider adding a language code to the subtitle file names. Plex will then show their language in the UI and use it according to your account subtitle preferences (see Account Settings).
