How can I setup remote access for original quality?

I have a motorola modem/router combo, however I then have two ASUS zen wifi mesh systems connected to it. One mesh connected to the modem, the other in my room connected to the first mesh by a 150 ft Ethernet cable. I’ve tried port forwarding, admittedly I still don’t understand it or think I did it right, but I do see the errors for double nat. is my internet setup just too stupid for remote access? the goal is to use my PC when im not gaming as a media hub for the household (which is working perfectly) and for my friends in different states (terrible). Is there something I’m doing wrong or missing?

Is your question about setting up remote access, or about streaming original quality media via remote access ??

Your network setup is very problematic.
All machines which are connected to either of the mesh networks are behind a double-NAT.
In top of that, machines connected to mesh 1 are not able to communicate with machines on mesh 2 and vice versa.

Due to the above, you will both have issues with remote access, as well as with local clients on the other mesh to access the Plex server.

The best solution would be to switch off NAT in both of the mesh routers. i.e. let them function as mere “access points” instead of full-on routers.
Whether that is actually possible with your particular devices, I don’t know.
The user manual should contain this information.
