My wife has created a photo album under her managed user account on our Plex server, but I can’t figure out how to login with my account and see the photo album. The photos are accessible in the photo library under my account, but I don’t see the album she created when I change to album view. Is there some way to copy this over under my account, which is also the main plex pass account on the server. What I’m trying to do is to be able to download the photos to my local drive, so that I can upload them to Walgreens photo printing service, and my account is the only one allowed to “download” them, her account can only view or sync.

Same problem here. This is completly absurd! 
You guys at Plex, please, get your act together and make existing features usable! How can this not make sense to anyone??? This has to be the most obvious usage scenario in every houshold.
And please, don’t ask for a bug report.
