I figured out how to add movies to a collection. Now that they’re added, how do I view the collections or change the way they’re displayed, etc?

A: Poorly.
Plex’s implementation of collections is lacking in many areas but on most clients you view them as a filter just like genera. That is you load up say “Movies” and the choose filters and then collections and then you choose the collection you want to view.
