How do I backup all custom settings (changed meta tags, pictures, etc.)?

Hello!

I am running a Plex Media Server on my Raspberry Pi 4 and I am very happy how well it works.
However, I have changed quite a lot of the information Plex has found on the movie database. I have changed lots of tags and pictures.

Is there any way i can save those settings? Sooner or later I will have to set it up on a new server or re-install the operating system. At that point I hope that I will just be able to restore my custom settings from a backup.
