lol, or else what? You complain that it doesn’t work but have you even once posted to the forums to ask for help? I have been using plex for years and it works just fine.
Some people just aren’t happy if they don’t get to make a long distance, toll free telephone call to India and speak with someone they can’t understand for an hour, but to expect good manners while dealing with a company that clearly couldn’t give a fat rat’s bee-hind about public relations… is hilarious.
In the end, Plex runs on the Volunteer Support System and this is where you ask for it - we can type in a Hindi Accent if it makes you feel better.
