No answer?!

Hello

I tried to reach via the “Billing Questions” somebody from the accounting department. I never got an answer.
I asked for a refund of my subscription for a year, while the support for the PS3 is so badly and Plex is therefore not the right thing.

I have now a really bad impression about this company.

we have never received any emails either directly to plexpass-billing@plex.tv plexpass@plex.tv or via our contact form https://www.plex.tv/contact/ from a martin@martinschaible.ch. Did you send it under some other email?

the PS3 app is free and doesn’t require a subscription
