I have went to the plex billing site all of this the same day they took my 39.99 and tried to find someone I found that I cannot use Plex and purchasing the year pass was accidental thinking it would then make it available. which wasn’t the case. To this day not one person has answered my requests nor my messages. My 39.99 might not be a big deal to Plex. but to ignore me to not answer any of my messages is unbelievable Does Plex even care about their customers? I have had relatives try to get answers as well thru plex at which nobody!
Why?
It was 39.99 dollars now almost a month ago, I have yet got one explanation on why I am being ignored. Recently I have visited the legal department of Plex. I am going to see if possibly the better business bureau will assist.
How can I talk to somebody about getting my money back!!!

Very sorry you’ve had trouble, @securedog. I just checked our billing issues system and we’ve never received anything from your username or account email address. However, I do see several submissions made through the Contact page; they just somehow never made it over to our billing issues system. That’s very strange and we’ll be investigating that. (We’re definitely not intentionally ignoring you; we just never received anything where things are actually handled.)
In the meantime, please email details of the issue to plexpass-billing@plex.tv directly and let me know you’ve done so (I can then verify it was received). Apologies for any inconvenience.
