When I went into my profile to change my email address to my new one, I was met with this cryptic response.to me. I tried to Google for help, but did not find any. “Email can be updated from SSO provider”. I’m sure this makes perfect sense to most of you, but not . Can anyone provide me the steps to follow to change my email address…

This doesn’t look like a simple issue. There is potential confusion created, depending on which button is pressed when you log in. (‘Login with Google’ vs. ‘Continue with Email’)
I think you should contact https://www.plex.tv/contact/?option=plex-pass-billing They should be able to sort it out.
