When prompted to select my preferred server for the Home screen I accidentally chose the wrong server, and I can’t seem to find any option to change it now. Anyone have any idea how to change this?

there should be a ‘reset home screen’ button or option
that will take you through the default server selection again
@conorbasquille - I did the same dumb thing and have spent days trying to fix it. You’d think the “restore home screen” button that TeknoJunky mentioned would do it, but all that does is restore all the defaults for whatever the default (incorrect, in both our cases) server is.
As a work around–this is a pain–you can go into each Library on the correct server and individually click the + sign next to the sections you want to add to the home screen (Recently Played or Added Movies / TV / etc).
Once the individual sections are all added to the home screen, click the Edit Pencil on the home screen to rearrange all the items in the order you want and delete all the items from the incorrect server.
Hopefully there’s a real fix for this in the future, but in the meantime this workaround should let you keep your sanity.
On Plex Media Player home screen go up to your user menu (your username/avatar above home) and select. then under settings there will be Reset Customization which will ask you to choose a different preferred server then choose default pinned libraries from that server.
