After this update, every movie or tv show that I have watched shows the “Activity by You” button that I don’t need. I have plex because it is a server. I don’t need or want this useless feature.
For this specific feature, set ‘Display Activity From My Friends on Detail Pages’ to Disabled in the Discover section of your Online Media Sources settings (https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/online-media-sources). You can disable Discover as a whole on that page as well.
