How do I disable the mini player at the bottom of the screen?

I don’t like the mini player at the bottom of the screen. How do I disable it?

My preference is that when I click play on something that it go directly to the big player. And that if I click away, that playback stops immediately.

For all I know you’re referring to the playback being continued in the on-screen menu if you minimize the playback itself. Clicking on the upward-arrow that appears when hovering over the mini-screen should bring it back to normal.

I believe Plex will remember the last playback mode… so unless you actually bring the playback back to normal, it’ll continue playing in what you call “the mini player” (which is actually just the playback menu).

Ok. But that’s not an answer.
I don’t like the mini-player and want to disable it.
I want the full player when I open every show,
I don’t know any reason why I would every minimize it.
If I need to I’ll exit and resume but never minimize.
If someone else wants that feature, great, but it’s only a hassle for me.
