How Do I Get IMDb Ratings Back? (DSM 7.0)

Apologies if this has already been posted (can’t find a relevant topic).

Updated by Synology NAS to DSM 7.0 and everything works fine apart from IMDb Ratings. I can’t seem to replace the Rotten Tomato Ratings for my movie collection.

I’ve gone to Settings > Agents > Plex Movie (Legacy) > Set the Ratings Source to IMDb > Refreshed Meta Data on Movies. However the Rotten Tomato Ratings still show up.

Any help will be much appreciated.

That’s only applicable to the legacy agent, I suspect your library probably isn’t using the legacy agent.

To change the preferred rating, edit the movie library itself and go to Advanced → Ratings Source. Then refresh.
