How do I get Plexpy monitor Window to start up?

Hi, I recently installed PlexPy in Windows 10 and it’s awesome.

But here is a basic question -(my apologies for asking such a basic question in advance)

I closed the window and I want to start it up again… Can I do this with out restarting the server?
Starting plexpy.py opens the monitoring in a command window but doesn’t start the Windows display tab…

You mean open browser http://localhost:8181 ?
