How do I hide duplicates that exist in multiple libraries?

Server Version#:1.15.4.919
Player Version#: Android Shield TV

I have a library called Movies which contains the same folders as other libraries.
Other Libraries are Kids Movies, 4K Kids Movies, and 4K UHD Movies.

Movies includes non4K, 4K, Kids, and Kids4K all together. It lists everything. Then we have the other three libraries to narrow things down some. It seems redundant, but that’s how me and my extended family like it.

Emby handles the deduplication just fine - it only shows one movie in each list, but with Plex, it seems to think I have three of some of my movies, two of others, and just one sometimes depending on how many libraries the movie belongs too.

I’ve tinkered with turning collections on and off for all my movie libraries and didn’t see a change, so I’m hoping I just don’t know what I’m doing and this is an easy fix - but I just want to only see one copy of each movie regardless of how many libraries the movie exists inside.

I’ll add my second (and long lived) gripe that the Android TV (ShieldTV) app STILL doesn’t show cast and crew like all the other versions of plex… Will that ever get fixed?

even worse… plex does know that it is the same move as it will show it multiple times in recently played. which is especially annoying as it will show the sd version first for me instead of the uhd version that i have actually played. also it fills up multiple slots in recenty played and makes it nearly useless.

please display the same movie just once. even if it is in multiple libraries. a badge is indication enough that there are multiple. and then display a menu about which version to play. even if they come from multiple libraries.

best workaround is to name it sd HD & UHD

which is annoying as you have to manually edit each movie and in fact computer are exactly for this kind of thing.
