How do I import Playlists?

I use Media Monkey to manage my music collection and it can export m3u playlists… I actually store them in a folder on my NAS drive. Question… How do I import them? And even more so, why can’t I point the “Playlist” library to that folder like I do with Movies and TV… or, maybe someone can tell me where PLEX stores it’s playlists?

Plex doesn’t support m3u playlists. It’s a popular feature request, though.

Plex Pass holders can add their vote by clicking ‘Like’ on the first post in that thread.

can anyone tell me where to find information in plex support that explains how to import itunes playlists into plex?

I am with fabaris on the whole importing playlists option with Plex. I have been using Jriver Media Center for 10 years and I have a huge number of playlists in MC. Not being able to import them to Plex makes Plex useless to me…

Hey I agree as well where is the playlists and I will just update it manually
