I’m hoping I’m just not finding the information somewhere and someone can point me to it…
How do I import and/or export playlists from plex?
I have a large quantity of music, and 80+ playlists with 20 - 7000 songs in the playlists. (currently .m3u)
Re-creating these playlists manually in plex is not a reasonable option, it would be a deal-breaker for me :’(
I need to be able to import these into plex in order for it to be usable/manageable (especially from a phone app).
I think I’ve found some FAQ and discussions on this feature going away, being limited, just not available, being broken after moving to premium, etc…
which is somewhat alarming in the context of my whole “is plex going to work for me” type of thinking.
Is there somewhere I could find information about how plex formats it’s playlists and where they are stored?
I don’t mind a 3rd party tool or just basic formatting instructions (I can write my own scripts to convert them).
