Regretfully there are no 64 bit ARM builds. It is unknown if/when Engineering might decide to offer support. If/when they do, I will most certainly be involved in the packaging (distribution package) facets

Scaleway have a pretty cheap arm64 VPS that has twice the power for the same price of their x64 VPS’s. I was thinking it would be a good upgrade

there are quite a few of us that would be interested in this. The odroids and others have quite enough power to handle plex. I’d be willing to send you one of mine to test with.
Can you run Docker on your odroids?

Most odroids support AArch32 and have no problem running the ARMv7 version of Plex. Just take a look at the link in my signature.
I’m also interested in a 64bit PMS. Performance on Raspberry Pi with 32bit OS shows significant memory performance issues when compared to 64bit OS.
