How do I move PLEX server from Linux Mint to Windows 10

So I’m completely new to this whole thing. My friend set everything up originally, but I now want to move my entire PLEX over to my new Windows 10 PC…I tried installing the PLEX server on the new Windows PC, the copied all of my videos from the Linux machine, and moved them to the Windows PC. Now I’m trying to set up the new server on the new Windows PC, but when I point to the directory (on my Windows PC) where I moved the videos to, it won’t detect them…Any help on doing this?? Thank you SO Omuch in advance for ANY guidance!

Are they movies or tv shows or home videos?
And you added this as a movies library or what?
