How do i name tv show file with multiple episodes from different seasons

In star Trek The Next Generation season 3 the last episode holds episode 26 of season 3 and episode 1 of season 4

I cant figure out how to name it so plex sees both episodes

tried something like s03e26-s04e01 and that wont work

Does anybody know how to make this work?

You cant. You will need to split out the episode that goes into another season.
