How do i roll back to a previous version on android?

I was reading the recommendation to roll back to 8.23. to fix the issue with videos going to fast playback mode (2x?) when advancing in the video.

How do I do that on android, and where do I get older versions?

Or you simply use the links from the release announcement to side load the apk. IIRC the links from the more recent versions will still be working; older links might have been removed at some point.
