You don’t share this through your server. It Is available to each user through their own account following the steps in my post above:

@Ric_Cypher, The following was pointed out to me so I Want to make sure to share it as a correction to my previous post regarding access via iPhone and iPads.

Ad-supported VOD Isn’t mentioned but applies as well.
I think you need to be in the Web app to see it.
@Ric_Cypher, each user doesn’t need to do this if they are managed users. This setting is done when logged into the admin’s account. It took me reading this thread to find where to turn this on.
