How do I sort Episodes myself?

I have a series that is always sorted incorrectly, regardless of the agent. How can I arrange the episodes myself?

If you want Plex to pull metadata for the show, the available episode orders are the only options. You could assign some fake episode numbers and tell Plex to prefer embedded metadata for those files… but that doesn’t seem like a desirable scenario.
