It can’t be stopped/blocked.
Just deny the invitations.

Thanks for the reply, but every time I look I have 6 or 7 that I have to go in and deny the request. How are they getting my email address?

They don’t. You have a very common Plex username. Any user who types that one in will get your account as a “hit”.
