How do I stop Plex from downloading subtitles?

I added a couple of new search agents and i think in clicking and playing with the setting I have somehow enabled subtitles to download automaticlly. How do I fix this? I don’t want to download them.

Settings > Server > Agents > Movies > Plex Movie > opensubtitles.org or Settings > Server > Agents > Shows > TVDB > opensubtitles.org?

I assume you didn’t install the SubZero plugin (at least I suppose you would remember that)?

I did install SubZero apparently, or rather someone in my household did

To answer your question, it’s showing up in both. So I should uncheck SubZero and opensubtitles? Sorry I’m a noob. lol

If you don’t want PLEX to download those subtitles, you need to deactivate these 2 settings in the agent configuration.

All of the sudden, today, I got a status message about plex downloading subtitles.
Opensubtitles is unchecked, and I can’t find any other settings where it says to download subtitles (which it hasn’t done before, not to my attention at least).

How can I find out which subtitles has been downloaded, and how do I disable this?
