I am having trouble getting plex to download subtitles.
I activated OpenSubtitles.org in Plex Movies and moved it to the first position. After that I refreshed the metadata of the already existing movies and shows.
Unfortunately there weren’t any subtitles that I could select. What am I missing?

The new agent doesn’t download subs automatically. In the menu Subtitles (movie page) you have to click on More and manually download them

Not with the Plex Movie and Plex TV Series agents.
Nothing in Settings → Agents applies when using the Plex Movie and Plex TV Series agents.
Plex Movie and Plex TV Series are configured on a per-library basis. See the “Advanced Settings…” documentation for each agent.
Settings → Agents still applies when using the legacy agents, such as Plex Movie (Legacy), TheTVDB, & The Movie Database. As far as I know, those agents receive no enhancements or bug fixes. Development work is focused on the new scanners & agents.
