I’m sorry if this has been asked before or if I’ve posted in the wrong section… I couldn’t find any mention of it…
I have plex pass and I’ve only recently started using plex for music. I can’t for the life of me find where I can turn on the loudness leveling feature. I’ve looked through the settings on my server and all my clients and I can’t see any reference to it except to anylse the music as a background task (which I have turned on)
Nowhere can I see a toggle for the levelling itself.

Loudness leveling at this time is only available in these clients:
- Plex for iOS
- Plex for Android mobile
- Plexamp
Ok I use android mobile app… Can you please tell me which menu its in?

Make sure your music library is actually analysed for loudness.
You should see numeric values for loudness, gain, peak and range when looking at the Plex media info of any music track.
Start playing music in the Android mobile app.
(this does not apply when “casting”!)
