How do I use .plexignore properly?

Hello, I need to remove the following files with .plexignore:

Files
/data/anime/[IK] High School DxD/[Anime] High School DxD/Season 1 - High School DxD/NCED & NCOP/High School DxD - NCOP.mkv
/data/anime/[IK] High School DxD/[Anime] High School DxD/Season 1 - High School DxD/NCED & NCOP/High School DxD - NCED.mkv
/data/anime/[IK] High School DxD/[Anime] High School DxD/Season 3 - High School DxD BorN/NCED & NCOP/High School DxD BorN - NCED.mkv
/data/anime/[IK] High School DxD/[Anime] High School DxD/Season 4 - High School DxD Hero/NCED & NCOP/High School DxD Hero - NCED.mkv

I tried bunch of editions of .plexignore (file is .plexignore, not txt or etc.) but it seems scanner will not do anything.

The best is to not use .plexignore at all. It slows down library scans considerably.
These files appear to be “clean openings/endings”, right?
You can use local extras now in a tv show library, if you switch to the new “Plex TV Series” agent.

Well S1 has
(Sequel) OVA
(Side Story) Specials
NCED & NCOP

S2 has
(Sequel) Oppai, Tsutsumimasu!
NCED & NCOP

S3 has
(Sequel) Yomigaeranai Fushichou
(Side Story) Specials
NCED & NCOP

S4 has
NCED & NCOP

Only NCED & NCOP is being picked and put in Library as “Specials” season so I thought maybe I could just use the .plexignore

If you want the specials be picked up, research if they have been added to the Specials season at either TheMovieDB.org or TheTVDB.com.
They must be given appropriate S00Exx codes in their file names and put into the Specials season folder.

No, I don’t want them to be picked. The file list I posted in the first message are from NCED & NCOP folder being displayed as season called “Specials”. And I want plex to IGNORE THEM.
