When I post a feature request, how do I know that the people at Plex are reading the request, taking it into consideration, and actually planning to implement or not?
Does Plex have a product backlog that they share publicly?
Could the people at Plex start responding to each feature request to update us on the status? Even if the answer is no, or it’s not going to be implemented for a very long time, it would still be nice to know where things stand.
Is there another place in the Plex forums or FAQ or website that I’m not aware of that answers these questions?
I also make feature requests to the Sonos corporation, and they have a way to vote in their forums for feature requests, which helps the users identify what is popular and therefor might be implement faster. Their product support people respond to posts and they have call their users on the phone to discuss ideas further.
